Chosen Blessings Kits are created for breast cancer patients who have been recently diagnosed or are in the midst of breast cancer treatment. The items inside are hand-selected to help with the side effects of treatment. Those not diagnosed with breast cancer or in treatment for breast cancer are not eligible to receive a Chosen Blessings Kit. Due to limited supply, patients are only able to receive one Chosen Blessings Kit.
Please note: Any Chosen Blessings Kits returned to Chosen Butterflies due to incorrect mailing address or other circumstances, will be asked that you cover the cost of shipping on the second attempt. If your address changes before your Chosen Blessings Kit ships please reach out to [email protected] with your address change.
To help more patients receive their Chosen Blessings Kit promptly, we’ve launched a “Pay It Forward” initiative. When you purchase a Chosen Blessings Kit for $100, $25 will be donated to support a patient facing financial difficulties who may be unable to buy a kit. Your Chosen Blessings Kit request will skip the waitlist and is guaranteed to ship within two weeks.This program aims to ensure that as many breast cancer patients as possible receive the comfort and care they need.
Note: Items in Chosen Blessings Kits may vary. Chosen Blessings Kits are only sent within the United States, including AK and HI. Only one Chosen Blessings Kit can be requested per session.Â
