To request or purchase a Chosen Blessings Kit. Choose whether you would like to request a kit or purchase a kit by adding it to your cart. Kit requests will be placed on a waiting list while purchased kits typically will go through a 6 to 8 week shipping process.

Who can get a Chosen Blessings Kit?

Chosen Blessings Kits are created for breast cancer patients who have been recently diagnosed or are in the midst of breast cancer treatment. The items inside are hand-selected to help with the side effects of treatment. Those not diagnosed with breast cancer or in treatment for breast cancer are not eligible to receive a Chosen Blessings Kit. Due to limited supply, patients are only able to receive one Chosen Blessings Kit.

When can I expect to receive my Chosen Blessings Kit?

The wait time varies from time to time. Our current waitlist is about six to eight weeks. During the holiday season the waitlist can be up to nine weeks due to high volume. You will receive an email when your Chosen Blessings Kit has shipped.

Can I get a Chosen Blessings Kit for a loved one experiencing breast cancer?

Of course! You can request a Chosen Blessings Kit for a loved one through our Pay It Forward Chosen Blessings Kit Program by purchasing a pay it forward Chosen Blessings Kit you are able to bypass the waitlist and one Chosen Blessings Kit will go to your loved one and the other will serve as a donation to take a breast cancer patient off our waitlist.

My order was canceled unexpectedly, why was that?

Due to limited supply, patients are only able to receive one Chosen Blessings Kit. If you requested a Chosen Blessings Kit for yourself, and you have already received a Chosen Blessings Kit, the duplicate order will be canceled.

My Chosen Blessings Kit was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, what do I do?

You can file a claim with UPS directly using the following link: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page

Once UPS has resolved the claim, we will be notified and then able to reship a new Chosen Blessings Kit.

How can I help with Chosen Blessings Kits?

We have a few different options to get involved with the Chosen Blessings Kit program whether you are local to the Central Florida area or outside of that area. If you are local to the Central Florida area, we invite you to join us in-office for Chosen Blessings Kit packing or prep.
